Israeli Academy of Film and Television
In year 2011, we got the academy's request to automate all their daily working processes, as well as the yearly competition that selects the Israeli winner to participate in the American Academy's Awards competition (for the Oscar prizes). Registration, participation, voting and management, had to be available online
The website includes the following online functions:
- Member registration and payment
- Registration of competitors and uploading of the films, PR contents etc.
- Streaming of all the films – while strictly protecting the video contents
- Voting for the winners
- Counting of the votes and creating the list of winners
- Automatic generation of press-kits of the winning films
Strict Annual control
Each annual competition is strictly controlled by lawyer and accountant, the data is also veirfied by computer and data experts, who make sure that the competition follows all the legal requirements, all the processes are free of technical faults or frauds. All the data is stored and can easily be proven whenever needed.
In 3 years of operating the Academy's new website we have reached our goal:
- Members registrations has increased
- Daily operations has become most efficient
- The Academy's visibility in the market has increased exponentially
Our secured online video streaming service dramatically increased the number of views by each voting member.
The online voting system brought the voters percentage to a new height.
The new website has helped the academy increase efficiency and provide a better,more professional service to our members.
